Joe Savidge, CPA, MBA, MA

Joe has been a CFO for over 20 years, managing issues at every level in both public, private and non-profit enterprises. He has led, along with others, huge projects like the sale of CBS Records to Sony Corporation, the restructure and turnaround of many companies, including an FQHC with failing collections, 3 material audit weaknesses, and constant concern of making payroll. He was instrumental in a large CCRC struggling under heavy losses, and failure to issue audit reports for three years straight to in his first year with them generated gains, after convincing the Board to cancel their plan to sell the piece parts of the company.

Bill Gemme, CPP

Bill similarly began his career in parallel with Joe and as it was directed grew in various ways through many levels of accounting and finance, but again, like Joe, he saw the need in payroll. After many years of holding leadership accounting & controller positions all with oversite of the payroll department, he has become a subject matter expert & expert project manager, a critical role in any management decisions regarding system installations with a payroll interface. With significant experience in payroll software conversions, he most recently completed a larger one in late 2017 while working for a multi-state employer with 1,300 employees, including involvement in 401K & US, Massachusetts and New Hampshire DOL & Attorney General audits, and has since been involved in other peripheral implementations, like a new time and attendance system and well as a new scheduling system.
